Mosquito Joe of Metro Northwest DFW is looking for qualified applicants who love the outdoors and want to work in a fun and friendly environment. Mosquito Joe’s number one goal is to make outside fun again for our clients. Our team provides mosquito barrier treatments to residential and commercial customers, repelling and eliminating outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, fleas and ticks. Our focus is to keep our customers chatting and laughing instead of scratching and slapping.

Under general supervision, provides rock star customer service, answers customer phone calls; builds relationships, provides information on product and services; prepares bills and correspondence; processes customer requests; processes daily route sheets; maintains database information; organizes and files information; and serves as liaison with service personnel. Must be an excellent communicator and have confidence on the phone managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Full time positions available (salary paid in the off season)
Extended paid time off in the off season of up to 6 weeks including Christmas and New Year's.
Participation in a 401K. Employer matches dollar for dollar up to 3%.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
